Recipe Description

Appetizer

Ingredients

1 12oz. carton of Low-fat cottage cheese
1 10oz. frozen spinach
1/4 C Dry vegetable soup mix
1/2 C Light or Fat-Free Sour Cream

Instructions

-Thaw spinach & squeeze dry
-Put cottage cheese in food processor until blended smooth.
-Scrape sides of processor & put cottage cheese into a bowl
-Add spinach, sour cream, and vegetable soup mix
-Stir until well blended
-Chill a few hourse before serving
-Serve with whole-wheat crackers, pretzels, or toasted wheat pita bread.
