Recipe Description

A quick, refreshing beverage

Ingredients

5 ice cubes
2 apple bananas (or 1 regular banana)
1/4 medium sized mango
1/4 Kaua'i strawberry papaya (or other papaya)
1 c low-fat or skim milk
1 T Big Island honey
1/3 c coarse baker's wheat bran (or oat bran or wheat germ)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Add more milk if consistency is too thick. Serves 2.
