Sunrise Delight PDF Print E-mail
Ingredients

1 ripe banana
1/4 c raisins
3/4 c rolled oats
1 T sugar
1 t cinnamon
1 orange, cut in half and juiced

Instructions

Spray small baking dish with PAM cooking spray. Mash banana evenly on bottom. Sprinkle with raisins. Add oatmeal evenly on top. Pour the orange juice evenly over top. Microwave onhigh for 2 minutes, turn dish, and cook for 3 more minutes until oatmeal is tender. Serves 2.
