Almond Float (low cholesterol)
Ingredients
3 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1-12 oz. can evaporated skim milk
3 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. almond extract
Canned fruits (drained)*
Instructions
1. Heat evaporated skim milk, water and sugar.
2. Remove from heat and add 3 packages unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup water.
3. Add almond extract and stir.
4. Pour into 9" x 13" pan.
5. Refrigerate, cut into cubes.
*Top with lychee, fruit cocktail (drained) and mandarin oranges.
