Creamy Fruit Salad PDF Print E-mail
Ingredients

2 - 2 1/2 c cubed fruit - any combination of 2 or 3 of the following:
ripe papaya
seedless green grapes, halved
bananas
apples
orange sections
chopped pitted prunes
8 oz non-fat plain yogurt
4-6 packets Equal sweetener

Instructions

Toss fruit gently to combine. Mix sweetner with yogurt, adding sweetner to taste, stir thorougly. Combine yogurt mixture with fruit just before serving. Serves 4.
