Peach Bavarian
Ingredients
1-3 oz. box lemon gelatin
1-16 oz. can sliced peaches
1/2 cup water
2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 3/4 cups vanilla flavored fat-free frozen yogurt
Instructions
1. Drain liquid from peaches and save to make one cup liquid, add water if necessary.
2. Dice peaches.
3. In saucepan, heat liquid from peaches. When boiling, add gelatin. Add 1/2 cup water when gelatin has dissolved.
4. Turn off heat and add frozen yogurt; stir until yogurt is completely melted.
5. Chill mixture in refrigerator. When slightly firm, add peaches.
6. Spoon into parfait glasses.
