Recipe Description

A light but flavorful salmon, really easy to make

Ingredients

Salmon 1/2lb (amount depends on number of people to feed)
Rosemary 1 tblspoon
Hawaiian Salt 1 teaspoon
Olive Oil 1 tblspoon

Instructions

Can be cooked in pan or on grill, use aluminum foil for grill.
Sprinkle salmon with rosemary and Hawaiian salt, on both sides. Rub lightly to ensure salmon is coated with the rosemary and salt.
Put olive oil in pan. Heat to medium high heat.
Add salmon, and cook till only slightly raw in middle of fish
Serve with Red Russet Potatoes and veggies.

A great light dish with plenty of flavor
