1. Line 9" x 13" pan with foil. Pour sesame oil in pan; spread evenly. 2. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. 3. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until vegetables are cooked. Stir occasionally. YIELD: 8 servings - From the Kuakini Health System
