Baked Sesame Chow Mein PDF Print E-mail
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 lb. lean char siu, slivered
12 oz. (pkg) chow mein noodles
1/2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 Tbsp. water
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
3-4 stalks green onion, chopped
1/2 pkg. beansprouts
2 pieces carrots, slivered
1/2 pkg. green beans, slivered

Instructions

1. Line 9" x 13" pan with foil. Pour sesame oil in pan; spread evenly.
2. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
3. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until vegetables are cooked. Stir occasionally.

YIELD: 8 servings
