Barbecued Leg of Lamb PDF Print E-mail
Ingredients

1 6 lb leg of lamb (or 3 - 4# boneless leg)
1 1/2 c dry red wine
5 cloves garlic or to taste
1 large sprig fresh rosemary, or 1 T dry
zest from one lemon

Instructions

Debone lamb and trim all fat. Combine remaining ingredients for marinade. Marinate lamb overnight. Grill over keawe to desired doneness. Serves 6 - 8.
