Grilled Spiced Salmon
Ingredients
1 to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
6 salmon fillets with skin on (about 5 ounces each)
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon cayenne
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Salt to taste
Instructions
Rub
olive oil into salmon. Combine dry ingredients and rub all over salmon.
Marinate for 1/2 hour. Heat grill to high and brush salmon with oil or
spray with cooking spray. Place fish on grill and cook with lid closed
until fish is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
