Stuffed Mahimahi PDF Print E-mail
Ingredients

6 pieces mahimahi, approximately 3 oz. each
1/2 cup mayonnaise, fat-free
1/4 cup celery, minced
1 Tbsp. round onions, minced
2 Tbsp. green onions, minced
1/2 cup imitation crab meat, flaked
2 medium shiitake mushrooms, soaked, sliced thin
Garlic powder to taste
Black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Season fish to taste with garlic and pepper. Place in baking dish.
2. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly all over the fish.
3. Garnish with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

YIELD: 6 servings
