Turkey Tofu Loaf PDF Print E-mail
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb ground turkey
16 oz soft tofu, drained and mashed
2 T green onions, chopped
2 T white onions, chopped
2 T water chestnuts, chopped
2 T celery, chopped
1 c grated carrots
2 t soy sauce
1 T oyster sauce

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except soy and oyster sauce, and place in a loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with oyster sauce and soy sauce. Serves 10.
