1 1/2 lb. broccoli 2 Tbsp. sesame oil 1/2 Tbsp. shoyu 1/2 Tbsp. water 1/2 Tsp. sugar 1/2 Tsp. garlic salt
1. Clean and cut broccoli into pieces. Cover with hot water and let stand for one minute 2. Drain and cool under water 3. Mix sesame oil, shoyu, water, sugar and garlic salt to make sauce 4. Pour over broccoli; 5. Mix well. 6. Chill. YIELD: 12 servings - From the Kuakini Health System
