Crisp Cress Tofu Salad
Ingredients
2c watercress, chopped
16 oz soft tofu, strained and cubed
2 T green onions, chopped
1/2 bag bean sprouts
1 clove garlic
1 t fresh grated ginger
1 T shoyu
1/2 T peanut oil
Instructions
Arrange
watercress on a plate or in a bowl. Place remaining ingredients over
watercress. Heat peanut oil and pour on top of salad. Makes 8 side
salads.
