Full Meal Clam Chowder PDF Print E-mail
Ingredients

1/4 small onion, diced
1 can soup
1 can full skim milk
8 oz. can no-salt added cream-style corn
1 potato 1/2" cubes
6 oz. can minced clams with juice
1 can 1/3 less salt cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

1. In saucepan, heat 1/2 tsp. oil on medium heat
2. Saute onion until translucent
3. Add remaining ingredients
4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cover
5. Cook, stirring often, until potatoes are done (approximately 1/2 hour)

YIELD: 5 servings
