Furikake Tofu PDF Print E-mail
Ingredients

1 block firm tofu, 20 oz.
2 Tbsp. sesame Oil
1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
Nori furikake

Instructions

1. Slice 1 block tofu lengthwise into 4 sections, drain
2. Heat 2 Tbsp. sesame oil in large frying pan.
3. Brown tofu sections on both sides and cool. Slice each section into 3/4" squares.
4. Pour 1/4 Tbsp. oyster sauce onto each section.
5. Sprinkle with nori furikake. Serve as an appetizer.

YIELD: 4 servings
