Thousand Island Dressing
Recipe Description
Homemade
dressing that's quick and easy to prepare, this recipe is low in fat,
rich in flavor, a good source of nutrients...and still tastes excellent!
Ingredients
1 carton (8 oz.) low-fat, plain OR vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup tomato catsup
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles OR pickle relish
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients well.
2. Chill for 1-2 hours.
3. Serve and enjoy!
Makes
approximately 1 cup of dressing. Use as a dressing for vegetables and
salads or in place of mayonnaise. It tastes delicious.
