Bara Sushi PDF Print E-mail
Ingredients

1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups rice, raw
1/4 cup carrots, grated
1/2 cup french cut beans
1 1/2 oz. shiitake mushrooms, cut in strips

Instructions

1. Mix sugar and salt with vinegar until dissolved. Set aside.
2. Cook rice and mix together with vinegar sauce. Set aside to cool.
3. Steam grated carrots, french cut beans and shiitake mushrooms until tender.
4. Add vegetables to prepared sushi rice.

YIELD: 8 servings
