Ingredients
Sour rice:
2 c cooked rice
5 T rice vinegar
2 T sugar
1 T olive oil
In a bowl, mix the following ingredients together, cool and set aside.
1/2 c cooked green peas
1 Japanese cucumber, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 small can cooked mushrooms, cut in half
10 olives, cut in half
1 medium tomato, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1 orange, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 papaya, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Instructions
Lightly toss all incredients with the sour rice mixture. Serves 4.
