What will be done with my answers to the HRA?
Once you complete the online HRA, called the Total Health Assessment (THA) and choose to opt in to share the results with Kaiser Permanente, your primary care provider will be notified that you have completed the questionnaire. In addition, Kaiser Permanente’s Wellness Team, will review your responses and contact you, if there are health concerns that they can help you to address.
